Privacy Policy: Flexnet Personal Agent

Flexnet Personal Agent ("the app") is a private, self-hosted assistant operated by Flexnet for the sole use of its owner, Talha Khatri. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What the app accesses

• Gmail: reads messages in the owner's inbox to summarise them and flag priorities, and creates drafts or sends emails only after the owner explicitly approves each one.
• Google Chat: reads selected spaces and direct messages chosen by the owner, and posts messages only after the owner explicitly approves each one.

How data is used and stored

• Data is used only to provide the owner with summaries, alerts, task tracking and drafted replies.
• Data is stored on a server controlled by Flexnet. Login tokens are stored on that server in files readable only by the app's own service account.
• Message content may be processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the owner's summaries and drafts.
• Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted on request.
